  Our company LLC «KOMPOZIT STK» is one of not many companies on territory of Ukraine which mastered the production of electric welding non-rusting tube on the modern Italian equipment. This tube does not yield to on the technical descriptions the seamless tube, as the coefficient of the welded stitch to basic material is equal to unit (k=1). Basic superiority  of electric welding non-rusting tube above an afore-mentioned seamless tube in that its production is less expensive.

           We fine recommended itself at the market of production of the zincked gypsumcardboard type (CD, UD, UW, CW), aluminium perforated corner and all types of complete set for the gypsumcardboard system (connection «Crab» CC, cramp «SUPER» FE, Ankerfix AS, two-level connection  TS, spring double spring DS, simple connection SC, lateral connection LC (angular), bar of 125 ch 1000 and other).
          Our production has large experience in making  of the reinforced type from the zincked steel for the window system (type of plastic of Aluplast, KBE, WDS, Deceuninck, VEKA, Venta, Geolan, REHAU, Winbay,  Koemmerling, Open tesh, Trocal, Ekoplast,    and other). Making of type of non-standard lengths is possible. There always is a sufficient presence of the prepared type on storages of our enterprise, that allows at any moment to ship a necessary amount a customer. Packing of the reinforced type answers all requirements of the European standards and allows to obtain safety of type at transporting and storage.

           Presently for us  high enough level of production for making of details on the drafts of all types of complications (billows, rollers for electric welding figures, stamps), and also we can make heat treatment of details.

         Our firm disposes a modern line for the production of electric welding tubes from stainless steel, by the put European firm and including the last achievements in technology and equipment, namely:

- application of method of the tthreearc welding of longitudinal stitch of electric welding tube in a chamber with a protective atmosphere (argon), providing high quality of the welded stitch;

- polishing of outward roller of strengthening of the welded stitch to the level of surface of body of electric welding tube;

- rolling on mounting of internal roller of strengthening of the welded stitch to the level of surface of internal cavity of non-rusting tube with the concomitant mechanical working of the cast structure of the welded stitch on all thickness of wall;

- heat treatment of the welded stitch and body of electric welding tube in a protective atmosphere (hydrogen) at the temperature of 1050-11000s with smoothing of structure and mechanical properties of the welded stitch and body of electric welding tube;

- application continuous 100% not to destroy control of the welded stitch before heat treatment and to hand over control of the welded stitch and body of electric welding tube on an exit from a line with delivery of signal on automatic marriage of tubes after cutting on the measured lengths;

- application of polishing of tubes from stainless steel on all perimeter with providing of quality of surface of category of G 180, 240, 320 and 400 ed.;

it is application continuous 100% device control of outward diameter and ovalness of electric welding tubes by laser rays.

          All basic aggregates of line work in the automatic mode on the set program, what is provide stability and exact repetition of the modes of making of electric welding tubes and high level of their quality.

          We execute all necessary technological and sdatochnye tests of non-rusting electric welding tubes, foreseen standards, and conduct the periodic obligatory and additional tests of tubes in an independent center on the test of tubes at GP of "NITI", including control of chemical composition, mechanical properties, firmness to mezhkristalicheskoy corrosion, structural and metallography researches.

          It allows us to guarantee quality of put of electric welding tubes from stainless steel at level proper demanding standards.

            We are glad to offer to you our new type of products - non-rusting metalloprokat, and in particular:

- electric welding thin wall (thickness of wall from 0,5mm to 3,0mm) non-rusting tube of round section of small diameter (from 6mm to 51mm) GOST 11068-81;

- electric welding tonkostennuyu (thickness of wall from 0,5mm to 3,0mm) non-rusting tube of square section (measuring from 10kh10mm to 40kh40mm) GOST 8639-82;

- electric welding tonkostennuyu (thickness of wall from 0,5mm to 3,0mm) non-rusting tube of rectangular section (measuring from 15kh10mm to 60kh20mm) GOST 8645-68.

          The production of tubes is also possible oval (GOST 8642-68), three-cornered, flat oval of the arched (GOST 8644-68) type. 

           In our production the method of welding of TIG is used by a tungsten electrode in rare gas.

Our products conform to the high world requirements and standards on non-rusting metalloprokat, the basic are below resulted from them:

- DIN 17455 - welded tubes of round section from corrosive staley of the general setting;

- DIN 17457 - tubes are welded round from austenitnykh staley of the special setting;

- DIN 11850 - tubes from stainless steel of the special setting.

Double control of welding stitch and laser control of geometry of tube is conducted in the technological line of figure. Also in the line of figure set stove light annealing, that allows to make heat treatment of tube products.
